His Story

Though ELP Construction is a newly established name, the expertise behind it runs deep, reflecting Paul's extensive journey in the industry. A seasoned entrepreneur, Paul successfully ran a construction company outside the U.S. for a decade before embarking on a new chapter in his career.
Upon migrating to the U.S., Paul's love for construction didn't waver, and he embraced the challenge of starting anew. Beginning as a superintendent on multiple commercial projects, he quickly demonstrated his ability to adapt, learn, and lead. His ascent continued as he took on the role of project manager for numerous brand-new residential projects, expertly handling everything from 3,000 sqft family homes to 12,000 sqft luxury estates.
Paul's dedication to excellence was further highlighted when he managed a custom cabinet factory, wearing many hats, from operation manager to business manager. Within 18 months, his keen attention to detail and business acumen turned the factory into a profitable venture.
